Gipsy Danger

Its taken me just over a year on/off to complete Gipsy. I found myself pouring through every bit of reference material I could get my hands on. Even after I had finished parts, if I found something new that I had missed I just had to go back and add / amend what I had discovered. Rigging Gipsy was a small hurdle also. Being that Gipsy is a solid surface model I didn't use any skinning methods whilst rigging. Instead I opted for parent/child method instead, with this I was able to use fun things like set driven key in Maya to drive the motion of other mechanical parts as the arms moved etc... After this, I'll be moving towards STRIKA EUREKA, whilst creating more stills of Gipsy, Cherno and Typhoon to add to the collection maybe even a few animation tests.
